(the “Mindful Cycles”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and discloses personal information of users (“you”) through our website https://www.mindfulcycles.com and https://www.courses.mindfulcycles.com (the “Websites”) and other interactions with you during the provision of the online courses that we offer (the "Services").
NOTE: This Privacy Policy applies specifically to users of the Website and Mindful Cycles’ online courses. If you are a client receiving therapy services from Mindful Cycles, the informed consent form you complete as part of receiving your services sets out how we collect, use and disclose your personal information, all of which is done in compliance with applicable privacy and health information laws and requirements of the College of Alberta Psychologists.
By accessing the Websites, or providing your personal information to us, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Websites or any of our Services and do not provide us with your personal information.
